Not only is Tom the agency owner, but he is also a licensed insurance agent specializing in assisting businesses with their commercial insurance needs. Prior to working in the insurance field Tom was employed in banking and finance. Tom enjoys supporting the community by serving on various boards and committees and is a faithful Red Cross donor. Sierra Harms joined Smeltzer Insurance Agency in June 1996. In addition to being a licensed agent, she is also the agency Sales Manager. She is dedicated to continuing her insurance education and obtained her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2019. Sierra is married to Doug, and they live in Prophetstown where they raised their three boys, Dalton, Hunter and Colten.
